We deep clean our refurbished injectors to ensure they come out of the process looking and performing like new injectors
 
Our refurbishment process involves:
- Inital testing to insure injectors work correctly and are undamaged
- Base line flow testing which determindes if injectors are clogged or have internal issues, along with providing our starting data
- Ultra Sonic Cleaning
- Idle tests (750 RPM engine speed)
- Mid performance tests (1500 - 4500 RPM engine speed)
- High performance tests (4500 - 7500 RPM engine speed)
- Pressure test to insure no internal or external leaks
- Reverse Flush
- Full RPM range performance test (750-7500 RPM engine speed)
- Final minor checks and tests
- Final clean, polish and fitting of new seals
